Can moxibustion cure chloasma

Can moxibustion cure chloasma

I don't know when, but Chinese medicine health and beauty are very popular now. Whether it is Chinese medicine facial masks or acupuncture, moxa, cupping, massage, etc., they are healthy, environmentally friendly and have good therapeutic effects, so they are popular among people. Among them, many people are confused about the use of moxa to treat chloasma. In fact, moxa is treated by stimulating acupoints. If combined with medication and diet, moxa can cure chloasma. Let's take a look at the methods of treatment with moxa.

1. Start from the Dazhui point. It is best to use a disposable pricking needle to prick the point 3-5 times, then let out 3-5 ml of blood, and then moxibustion for 15-20 minutes using a single-eye moxibustion box. You can also use moxibustion on the Shenmen and Yongquan points. If you adjust your sleep, you will feel refreshed and energetic. Moxibustion on Guanyuan acupoint can be performed using a three-eye moxibustion box or a four-eye moxibustion box for about 30 minutes. Auxiliary acupoints can be Shenshu, Mingmen, and also use a three-eye moxibustion box or a four-eye moxibustion box, and the time is 20-30 minutes. The main acupoints for moxibustion are Zhongwan, Shenque, Tianshu and Zusanli, which are mainly used to adjust digestion and absorption. A three-eye moxibustion box and a four-eye moxibustion box can cover these acupoints and can provide moxibustion for 30 minutes. All that remains is to apply moxibustion locally for about 10 minutes.

2. Rotate the joints of your hands and feet 300 times a day. It can mobilize the original acupoints of the twelve meridians of the whole body. Yuan acupoints are originally the interfaces connecting various meridians. With this turn, the blocked meridians are instantly connected. Many people have poor connection between the exterior and interior meridians, and between the mother and child meridians. For example, the liver and gallbladder are the exterior and interior, and the gallbladder meridian is the outlet for the liver meridian to discharge turbid air. If the connection is not smooth, the turbid air will be blocked in the liver meridian, and the liver will definitely be damaged. The liver/meridian belongs to wood, the heart meridian belongs to fire, wood is the mother of fire, and the two are in a mother-child relationship. If the connection between the two meridians is blocked, it will inevitably lead to a situation where wood cannot produce fire, which is the so-called insufficient blood supply to the heart.

3. For acupuncture on the head and face, dip a little massage oil or glycerin or other lubricants and use the drainage method to massage the Baihui, Sishencong, Taiyang, Jingming, Canzhu, Yuyao, Sizhukong, Tongzi, Chengqi, Yingxiang and Quan acupoints on the head and face. Mainly use tapping, pressing and kneading techniques. Each session lasts 30 minutes until the face turns red and the patient feels a slight heat on his face.
