How to make delicious and simple mushrooms

Shiitake mushrooms are a low-fat, high-protein edible fungus. They are rich in various amino acids, polysaccharides and vitamins. How to make mushrooms delicious and simple

1. Remove the stems of the mushrooms, wash them clean, and soak them in light salt water for 10 minutes for later use. The purpose of soaking is to remove pesticide residues.

2. Take out the mushrooms, place them on the chopping board, and cut each mushroom into four slices.

3. Pour an appropriate amount of water into the pot, add 1 teaspoon of salt, bring the water to a boil over high heat, then put the mushrooms into the pot, blanch them, and remove them with a colander. The blanching time does not need to be too long.

4. Chop the onion and ginger into fine pieces, cut the garlic into slices, and chop the red pepper for later use.

5. Remove the roots of the rapeseed, break it into leaves, wash them clean and set aside.

6. Pour a proper amount of oil into the pot. When the oil is half cooked, add onion, ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

7. Add 1 teaspoon of MSG, 1 spoon of salt and 1 spoon of oyster sauce for seasoning.

8. Add rapeseed leaves and stir-fry until the rapeseed is soft.

9. Add the blanched mushrooms, stir-fry evenly, then add a tablespoon of boiling water.

10. Then use wet starch to thicken the sauce around the edge of the pot.

11. Drizzle with sesame oil and then you can serve it on a plate.

12. Finally, sprinkle the chopped red pepper on the mushrooms, and a delicious plate of stir-fried mushrooms is ready.
