(6) Menstruation is often delayed and there are many blood clots. (7) Shortness of breath when moving, often feeling weak and easily fatigued, pale face, pale lips, light red tongue with teeth marks on the edges, and a deep and weak pulse. (8) Easy sweating, dizziness, palpitations, sallow complexion, and loss of appetite. (9) He is short-tempered and lazy, introverted, prefers quietness and has a low voice. (10) The person is of medium or slightly fat body, but weak, slow in movement and reaction, and prone to illness. People with a cold constitution should not eat: 1. Foods that are cold in nature and can easily damage the yang energy of the spleen and stomach, such as buckwheat, oats, mung beans, tofu, spinach, water spinach, eggplant, black fungus, day lily, lettuce, winter melon, celery, amaranth, wild rice stem, cucumber, bitter melon, watermelon, persimmon, banana, loquat, pear, etc. 2. Foods that are thick and greasy, difficult to digest, and easily hinder the functioning of the spleen and stomach, such as pork, duck, turtle meat, oyster meat, glutinous rice, etc. Foods that have the effect of promoting qi and aiding digestion, but can damage vital energy and aggravate deficiency and cold, such as hawthorn, radish, leek, coriander, etc. Especially crabs, don't be greedy! People with a cold constitution should eat: Foods that are warm in nature, sweet and spicy in taste, and have the effects of strengthening the spleen and qi, warming the stomach and intestines, and dispelling cold, such as indica rice, lamb, chicken, beef tripe, pork tripe, chain fish, grass carp, lychee, pepper, leek, fennel, mustard greens, cinnamon, dried ginger, fresh ginger, Sichuan pepper, pepper, cumin, white cardamom, brown sugar, peaches, etc. Eating more mutton will be very helpful. Moderate exercise Jogging, brisk walking, skipping rope, disco dancing, Tai Chi, etc. will all make all parts of the body move and promote blood circulation, but do not exercise excessively. High-intensity exercise and excessive sweating will "vent yang energy" and have the opposite effect. |
