About the research and development of rumen bypass lysine

Rumen-bypass lysine is a product that can enhance our immunity and self-purification function. It can dissolve shrimp feces and dead algae at the bottom of the pond, thereby better helping to remove harmful substances from the pond and avoid the reproduction of harmful substances. The most important thing is that rumen-bypass lysine can prevent and eliminate the heating of the substrate and better remove harmful substances such as sulfite, ammonia nitrogen, and hydrogen sulfide. Let’s take a closer look at this product.

Effects of Rumen-bypass Lysine :

Improve the water quality with strong fishy smell, foam and high suspended matter; in the middle and late stages, regular use of this product can keep the algae fresh and tender for a long time according to the water color and transparency;

Usage and dosage of rumen bypass lysine :

For daily water management, use once a day, 200-250 grams per mu/m;

Aged viscous water, 200-300 grams per mu/meter;

Use it twice after fish and shrimps float to the surface or when algae die, 300-500 grams per mu/m;

About the research and development of rumen bypass lysine :

In this study, encapsulation technology was used to develop rumen bypass lysine (RPLys) and rumen bypass methionine (RPMet). Using feed-grade L-Lys (lysine), DL-Met (methionine), microcrystalline cellulose and other materials, amino acid pellet cores were made through wet granulation extrusion, spheronization and other processes; then they were coated with polyacrylamide resin IV and ethyl fiber as wall materials in different proportions through a fluidized bed to produce 9 RPLys products and 6 RPMet products.

The rumen protection rate and the abomasum and small intestine release rates of rumen-passing amino acids were determined through in vitro simulation and semi-in vivo methods, providing a basis for the development of RPLys and RPMet products. The rumen stability of the product was determined by in vitro method: after 8 hours of culture in pH 6.6 buffer, the rumen release rates of RPLys-8 and RPLys-9 were 32.93% and 31.79%, respectively; the rumen release rates of RPMet-1 and RPMet-6 were 46.49% and 22.47%, respectively. The nylon bag method was used to evaluate the rumen stability of the product: 6 Dazu black goats with similar body condition and rumen fistula were selected, and the nylon bag method was used to evaluate the rumen stability of the product.

After 8 hours of culture in the rumen, the rumen release rates of RPLys-8 and RPLys-9 were 44.06% and 35.05%, respectively; the rumen release rates of RPMet-1 and RPMet-6 were 41.50% and 16.71%, respectively. Nylon bag method for evaluating the abomasal release rate of the product: Three Dazu black goats with similar body conditions and abomasal fistulas were selected, and the abomasal release rate of the product was evaluated using the nylon bag method. After 8 hours of rumen culture and 6 hours of abomasum culture, the abomasum release rates of RPLys-8 and RPLys-9 were 88.93% and 76.00%, respectively; the abomasum release rates of RPMet-1 and RPMet-6 were 83.97% and 76.47%, respectively.
