Body temperature rises while sleeping_Will body temperature rise while sleeping

Most people may have a fever when they sleep, because we usually wear pajamas when we sleep. If the indoor temperature is low, we will feel cold. At this time, if we cover ourselves with thicker quilts, the temperature will be inside our quilts, and the body temperature will naturally rise. So we will feel cold after waking up. So is it normal for the body temperature to rise when we sleep?

The body temperature does not rise when sleeping, but at night, there is no ventilation inside the quilt, so the heat gathers together, creating the illusion of rising body temperature. During the day, the heat dissipates through the gas, and it feels like the body temperature is a little lower, but in fact, the normal body temperature does not change. Only in the early stages of pregnancy will the basal body temperature of women rise a little.

When people wake up in the morning (before getting up to exercise), their basal body temperature is lower. The lowest body temperature occurs between 2 and 3 in the morning. The human body temperature begins to rise slightly during the day after waking up in the morning. There are two peak values, one around 10 am and the other at 4-5 pm. After that, the body temperature gradually decreases and is lowest in the early morning. Normal fluctuations in body temperature generally do not exceed 1 degree.

In daily life, people often confuse body temperature with the sensation of hot or cold. Body temperature is an objective indicator of the basic characteristics of the human body, while hot and cold are a feeling of human beings and are highly subjective. In the same temperature environment, some people feel cold and some feel hot. This is the reason - temperature and the feeling of cold and heat are two different things.

1. Because when a person is sleeping, unless they are in deep sleep, their body temperature is 0.2-0.4 higher than normal at other times.

2. When lying down, the internal organs of the body are under greater load, and the temperature control nerves in the human brain stem will turn into periodic reflexes, so when people just wake up in the morning, their body temperature will be about 0.5 degrees higher than normal.
