The sweat discharged after steaming in the sauna is sticky and has a sweaty smell. You must take a shower after steaming in the sauna to remove the sweaty smell. Steaming in the sauna for a long time will increase the blood supply burden on the brain and heart.

Sweat steaming effect

The sweat discharged by sweat steaming has no sweat odor, and the skin becomes smooth after the sweat disappears. Regular sweat steaming can have the benefits of beauty, body shaping, and disease conditioning. Please note that it is not advisable to shower within 6 hours after the end of sweat steaming. Showering will reduce the health care effect of sweat steaming. Patients with heart disease, tuberculosis, severe skin diseases, hypertension, tumors or other chronic wasting diseases should not sweat steam.
