(7) Eat in moderation. Meals should be eaten at regular times and in regular amounts, and the softness, hardness, coldness and heat of the food should be appropriate. Do not overeat for fear of physical weakness or insufficient nutrition, which will increase the burden on the spleen and stomach and damage the digestive function.

(8) Eat a light diet. Rheumatoid arthritis patients often suffer from pain and have to take medication for a long time. When the disease strikes, you will lose your appetite, so food should be light.
