Early symptoms of breast cancer

Early symptoms of breast cancer:

When a woman has a breast lump, we must pay attention that it may be caused by a breast disease. At this time, we must pay attention that if there is breast discharge, it is likely to be breast cancer.

1. Breast lumps

80% of breast cancer patients visit their doctors because of a breast lump. Patients often discover this lump accidentally, which is generally single, hard, with irregular and rough edges. Many breast cancers are painless lumps, and only a few will have varying degrees of dull pain and tingling symptoms.

2. Nipple discharge

If a woman has blood, serous fluid, milk, pus, etc. in her nipple during the non-pregnancy period, and milk still leaks out after stopping breastfeeding for more than half a year, this is nipple leakage. There are many reasons for nipple leakage, and this disease can also cause ductal papilloma, breast hyperplasia, breast duct ectasia, and breast cancer. If a woman has unilateral blood leakage, further examination is required, and if there is a breast lump, it must be paid attention to.

3. Breast dimples

Many diseases can cause changes in breast shape. If the breast skin hair follicles become pitted, the skin will appear orange and dimple-like. This is most common in fibroadenoma, followed by tuberculosis, fibrocystic hyperplasia, sarcoma, breast cancer, and breast fat necrosis.

4. Breast swelling and swelling

When many lumps appear in the breast, patients should be careful. Lumps that grow slowly and are obviously painful are basically benign and inflammatory; lumps that grow rapidly and have unclear boundaries should be examined in a timely manner.

5. Active breast lumps

When the breast feels firm, smooth, well-defined, easily pushed lumps, grows very slowly, and has no other sensations, it is an adenoma. Tuberculosis and hyperplasia have clear boundaries. Tumors have unclear boundaries and are characterized by adhesion to surrounding tissues, nipple discharge, and enlarged axillary lymph nodes.
