Types and symptoms of eye diseases

With the development of society and the advancement of human technology, mobile phones and computers have become indispensable necessities in our lives. Mobile phones are no longer just a communication tool. Their functions are becoming more and more powerful. People can no longer live without them. Along with them, there are more and more eye diseases, including myopia, hyperopia, astigmatism, keratitis, eye fatigue, etc. Let’s talk about the symptoms of various eye diseases.

Ophthalmic diseases can be roughly divided into infectious and non-infectious, traumatic and radiation-related. Of course, there are other diseases that cause eye symptoms. For example, diseases such as hypertension can be reflected in the retina of the eye, such as retinal hemorrhage, changes in the ratio of retinal arteries and veins, and retinal exudates.

Common ophthalmic diseases include styes and chalazions occurring on the eyelids, chronic conjunctivitis, bacterial conjunctivitis, viral conjunctivitis, fungal conjunctivitis, trachoma, mycoplasma and chlamydial conjunctivitis occurring on the conjunctiva, and corneal ulcers occurring on the cornea, which are generally caused by infection with the above-mentioned pathogens, pterygium, and photoelectric radiation keratitis. Scleritis occurs in the sclera. If the anterior chamber becomes shallow, there are usually symptoms of eye pain and decreased vision, which are symptoms of acute angle-closure glaucoma.

The main disease that occurs in the iris is iridocyclitis. The main diseases that occur in the lens are cataracts, the main diseases that occur in the vitreous are vitreous opacities, and diseases that occur in the choroid are relatively rare, but the choroid is the blood bank of the eye, that is, the vascular membrane of the eye. Diseases occurring in the retina mainly include retinal hemorrhage and exudation. Macular degeneration. Retinitis, etc. The optic nerve may develop optic neuritis, optic atrophy, etc. Common eye tumors include eyelid squamous cell carcinoma, retinoblastoma, and retrobulbar space-occupying tumor. There is also refractive error, namely myopia, hyperopia, and astigmatism. There is also uncorrectable amblyopia. Color vision abnormalities can be divided into color blindness, red-green color blindness, and total color blindness.
