Is it good to wash your hair every two days

Women are more fond of cleanliness. Some women wash their hair every two or three days. Is it good to wash your hair every two days? In fact, washing your hair too often is not good for the scalp, because frequent washing of hair and shampoo may cause some scalp diseases, such as seborrheic dermatitis, which can make people feel that their scalp is very itchy. Everyone needs to adjust the number of times they wash their hair according to the condition of their hair. Let’s learn more about it in detail.

1. Why does it itch if you don’t wash it in the first two days?

It is considered that seborrheic dermatitis is caused by the excessive secretion of sebaceous glands and endocrine metabolism. Your symptoms should be relieved by washing your hair once a day to reduce the secretion and residue of hair oil.

The possibility of seborrheic dermatitis cannot be ruled out. Drug treatment is recommended for this disease, but the cause needs to be identified before treatment and targeted treatment is given.

Generally, it is because of the large amount of hair and dry scalp that dandruff is easy to occur, which causes itching. This is a normal phenomenon and not an abnormal problem. It is recommended to keep the scalp clean and wash your hair frequently.

This needs to be checked. Fungal infection cannot be ruled out. Actively treat after diagnosis, pay attention to local hygiene, wash with ketoconazole, avoid spicy and irritating foods, and observe for a period of time.

2. Is it good to wash your hair every two days?

1. Oily hair: Wash once a day in summer and every other day in winter

Women with oily hair have thick, greasy hair that is easily tangled and not smooth due to the strong secretion of sebum. In summer, you should wash your hair once a day to ensure that your hair is clean and healthy. In winter, you can wash it every other day.

2. Women with dry hair: 1-2 times a week

Dry hair should be washed once or twice a week. After washing, it is best to apply some oily care liquid such as hair oil or hair fat to protect it. Use shampoo specially for dry hair and try not to blow dry your hair. Do not pull your hair hard when combing or styling your hair to avoid breaking or pulling out your hair.

3. Women with neutral hair: once every two to three days

The frequency of hair cleaning can be adjusted to once every 2 days or once every 3 days. If the temperature rises or you often exercise outdoors, your hair is easily stimulated by strong ultraviolet rays and dust in the air. In order to avoid hair damage, it is also advisable to wash your hair every day.
