Photorejuvenation process

Photorejuvenation process
Photorejuvenation is a micro-plastic surgery method to change rough skin, or skin that is beginning to develop wrinkles and age. It is frequently used in middle-aged women. In order to ensure the effectiveness of photorejuvenation, patients need to be adequately prepared before the operation. In addition, they must understand the surgical steps so that they can better cooperate with the doctor during the operation. Below is an introduction to the process of photorejuvenation.

1. Preoperative preparation

1. For those who use topical A acid ointment or freckle removal products, it is recommended to stop taking the medicine for 1 week before starting treatment;

2. Do not do laser, dermabrasion, or fruit acid peeling beauty treatments one week before photorejuvenation treatment;

3. Take ACMETEA 20 days before surgery, twice a day, one bag each time, 12 grams per bag, to prepare for surgery fully;

4. Avoid strong sunlight or outdoor SPA within one month before photorejuvenation treatment;

5. Inflammed skin, wounds and suppurative skin are not suitable for treatment;

6. For those who take oral A acid, it is recommended to stop taking the drug for 3 months before starting treatment;

7. If you have a history of photosensitivity, skin lesions, or immune system abnormalities, you need to communicate with your doctor.

2. Surgical steps

The general steps of the operation: ① Wear goggles and keep your eyes closed throughout the operation. ② First apply special cold gel on the treatment area. During the treatment, gently place the light-guiding crystal of the treatment head of the photorejuvenation device on the skin to be treated and start releasing intense pulsed light. At this time, you will feel the warmth of beams of light entering. ③The therapeutic light-guiding gel is a water-soluble substance and can be washed off with clean water after treatment.

3. Efficacy

Intense pulsed light can quickly and effectively decompose facial pigment particles, improve the overall quality of the skin, and effectively improve acne, wrinkles, enlarged pores, and photoaged skin. The intense pulsed light produced by photorejuvenation can produce a photochemical effect on the skin, restore its original elasticity, stimulate fibroblast precursor cells to secrete more collagen, smooth out fine wrinkles, and lift and tighten the skin. In addition, photons can penetrate the skin without damage and be selectively absorbed by the pigment clusters in the tissues and the hemoglobin in their blood vessels. Without damaging normal tissue cells, the dilated blood vessels, pigment clusters, pigment cells, etc. are destroyed and decomposed, thereby achieving the effect of removing spots, whitening, and removing red blood streaks.
