Main ingredients: 1 piece of tofu, 4 eggs

Ingredients: appropriate amount of tomato sauce, starch, salt, soy sauce, and garlic;

Steps for making iron plate tofu

1. Cut the tofu into pieces and soak them in salt water for later use.

2. Chop all the side dishes (onion, green pepper, carrot, sausage, ginger) into small pieces and set aside; beat the eggs and set aside; mix starch with water, soy sauce and salt to make a paste and set aside. (The tofu in this picture has been fried, step 3)

3. After the preparation work is completed, take out the tofu soaked in salt water, drain it, put it into hot oil pan and fry it until golden brown, then take it out and set aside.

4. In another pot, add a little oil, add minced ginger and stir-fry until fragrant, then add onions and carrots and stir-fry.

5. Add chopped sausage and stir-fry.

6. Add tomato sauce and stir fry evenly.

7. Add the prepared batter and stir fry evenly

8. Stew over low heat.

9. Take a frying pan, apply a little oil and heat it up, then turn to low heat and spread the beaten egg liquid.

10. When the bottom of the egg liquid is shaped and the top is slightly cooked, pour in the stewed tofu.

11. Turn off the heat and sprinkle with chopped green pepper. (I like the fresh fragrance of green pepper, so I add it at the end. If you don’t like it, you can add it in advance.)

12. Now, the delicious and tender tofu from You Ran Tian Di Jian is ready. Enjoy it.
