Symptoms of poor heart and lung function

Under normal circumstances, various human organs coordinate and function with each other to ensure the healthy growth of the human body. Once an organ becomes diseased, many other organs will also have problems. The heart and lungs are very important organs for people. People with poor lungs will also experience many symptoms. Next, the editor will introduce to you the symptoms of poor heart and lung function.

Symptoms of kidney failure include:

1. Abnormal urine: Due to decreased renal function, patients with nephritis may experience oliguria (urine volume less than 400 ml in 24 hours) or anuria. If diuretics are taken, polyuria may occur. In addition, renal insufficiency may also lead to symptoms of increased nocturia and urinary retention.

2. Hypertension: Glomerular damage leads to nephritis. Patients often have symptoms such as hematuria (microscopic or macroscopic), pyuria, and proteinuria. Proteinuria exceeding 3.5 g/day is an important feature of glomerular proteinuria.

3. Renal edema: edema is the result of increased intercellular fluid volume. The result of increased intercellular fluid volume is water and sodium retention. The main reason is kidney disease, which leads to reduced glomerular filtration rate, resulting in impaired water and sodium excretion, thus causing symptoms of renal edema.

4. Renal colic, pain in the kidney area: Renal colic is a sudden, severe pain in the kidney area that is intermittent or continuous, or even paroxysmal. Some patients may have atypical renal colic, which means the pain is mild or relieved quickly.

5. Kidney enlargement: Kidney disease causes abnormal increase in kidney size, which mainly includes unilateral kidney enlargement and bilateral kidney enlargement.

This condition manifests as paroxysmal pain in the right upper abdomen, which often radiates to the right shoulder or right back, followed by nausea and vomiting. In severe cases, there may also be chills and fever.

Generally speaking, patients with poor heart and lung function have many symptoms, such as difficulty breathing, weakness, cyanosis, venous distension, edema, cough, etc., which may be manifestations of poor heart and lung function, but other diseases are not ruled out! It is best to go to the hospital for a check-up as soon as possible.
