How to regulate poor microcirculation

How to regulate poor microcirculation

Traditional Chinese medicine has a saying that "blockage causes pain", which means that if a person's body circulation is not good, it will inevitably affect that person's health. Therefore, when the human body feels that the microcirculation is not good, it should seek medical attention in time and use scientific methods to regulate it. Of course, since everyone's physique is different, reasonable adjustments should be made based on individual physical characteristics. Let’s learn about how to regulate microcirculation.

If you clearly feel that microcirculation in many aspects of your body is poor, you should seek medical attention. Some congenital or acquired diseases or organ and vascular diseases may lead to neural and fluid regulation disorders, thereby slowing down microcirculation.

Some people may also suffer from congenital heredity or malnutrition during the fetal period.

Everyone has different physiques and microcirculation. Microcirculation will change as physique changes at different times. People with cold constitution have worse microcirculation than those with hot constitution, their microcirculation is worse in winter than in summer, and fat people usually have worse microcirculation than thin people. Therefore, microcirculation can be improved by changing or adjusting one's physical condition.

A lot of exercise can improve cardiopulmonary function, promote blood circulation, and thus improve microcirculation. For example, jogging, walking, swimming, etc. In short, every exercise should at least make you sweat and speed up your heart rate. And you must persist for a long time, proceed step by step, and gradually promote circulation.

Eat more hot foods, such as lamb, lychee, longan, leek, onion, ginger, jujube, etc. At the same time, eat more hot foods, hot soups, etc. Even in summer, eat less cold and hard food. Eat some spicy foods such as peppers and onions in moderation. Use cold water to wash your face and hands less often, soak your hands and feet in hot water or ginger water. In cold weather, reduce going out or keep warm and don't let yourself get cold.
