Effective ways to improve eyesight

Vision is the ability that people value most, because it can give people an intuitive world of images, allowing people to easily discover the beauty of the world, but vision will also change. For example, human aging can cause vision to decline, unreasonable eye habits can cause vision to decline, and so on. Therefore, it is very necessary to improve vision. Let’s take a look at some effective ways to improve vision. I hope everyone can understand.

Pay attention to relieving eye fatigue and controlling the speed of myopia development. The methods are as follows:

1. Eye movement method: When the head rotates up, down, left and right, the eyeballs move along with it.

2. Blinking method: Tilt your head back and blink continuously to allow blood to flow. When your eyes are slightly tired, just blink 2 to 3 times.

3. Alternating hot and cold compress method: Soak one towel in hot water that is slightly hotter than bath water, and soak another towel in cold water with ice cubes. First put the hot towel on the eyes for about five minutes, and then put the cold towel on the eyes for five minutes.

4. Eye gymnastics: Point the middle finger between the eye socket and the bridge of nose, cover the face with the palm of your hand and rub back and forth for five minutes. Then slowly move your neck left and right, then close your eyes, and tap the back of your neck ten times with your fists.

5. The method of looking far and near: look into the distance for three minutes, then look at your palm for 1 to 2 minutes, and then look into the distance again. By switching between near and far views several times, you can effectively eliminate eyestrain.

6. Tips for eye protection for computer users: Such patients are often encountered clinically, and their symptoms include "dry and uncomfortable eyes, even dryness, photophobia, and blurred vision." Most of these patients are computer operators, copy editors, artists, teachers and embroidery workers. With the popularization of computers in work and life, this situation becomes more common. Their symptoms are not caused by pathological changes but by improper use of the eyes.

7. Staring has many harmful effects: "concentrating and staring" for a long time is extremely harmful to the eyes. Firstly, high nervous tension can cause swelling of the eyes and chronic deterioration of the optic nerve function. Secondly, long-term close-range use of the eyes can promote the development of axial myopia. In addition, the reduction in blinking causes the eyeball to lack lubrication and protection.
