Fish will inevitably have a fishy smell, but this smell can be solved. There is a gas called trimethylamine in fish meat, which produces a bad smell. Cooking wine, vinegar and other substances are irritating, but they can remove the fishy smell very well. Tea leaves can also remove the fishy smell. Just burn it with a lighter and the room will be filled with the scent of tea. There are many ways to remove fishy smells, and it is better to choose ones that are good quality and inexpensive.

Fish is a nutritious and delicious food, but the fishy smell is unpleasant. The fishy smell comes from substances called trimethylamine and piperidine produced by the metabolism and corruption of fish protein. Trimethylamine is a gas and is easily soluble in water. Piperidine is also a liquid with an ammonia smell. The intensity of the fishy smell is closely related to the concentration of trimethylamine. When cooking fish, adding appropriate amounts of cooking wine, vinegar and ginger can remove the fishy smell.

1. Put a handful of fresh dried tea leaves in the ashtray.

2. Use a lighter to light the tea leaves and let them burn slowly.

3. At this time, the fishy smell in the house gradually faded away, and was replaced by the fragrance of tea. Although it is not very fragrant, it is much better than the fishy smell.
