It’s not that facial cleansers are bad, but the time spent washing your face is usually no more than two minutes. Most people can finish the task in half a minute. As environmental pollution worsens and heavy metal residues remain, our faces are being damaged every day.

At this time, you need a cleansing mask that can thoroughly clean the skin to absorb dirt inside the skin and clean the pores on your face. Recommendation: Oily skin needs to be treated once a week, don’t be lazy! For combination skin, do it once every two weeks; for dry skin, do it once a month!

4. Take vitamins. Vitamin C is an indispensable nutrient for the human body. It can effectively inhibit the deposition of melanin and the reproduction of melanocytes. At the same time, vitamin C can promote blood circulation and eliminate toxins from the facial skin. Therefore, it is recommended to take vitamin C before going to bed every night to help detoxify the face.

If you don’t want to take health care products, you can also choose fruits such as oranges and lemons that are rich in vitamin C. If you take vitamin C tablets, be careful not to take them for too long! People whose skin secretes more oil can take some vitamin B6.
