It is located in the lower abdomen of the human body, on the anterior midline. Draw a line from the navel to above the pubic bone, divide this line into five equal parts, and this point is three-fifths of the way down from the navel. Our body's vitality is innate, but it will gradually decrease over time. Therefore, we must protect it well after birth. Stimulating the Guanyuan point can activate and replenish kidney Qi.
