What to do if there are white particles at the roots of hair

White particles at the roots of your hair may be caused by clogged pores or small white bumps on your scalp. Don't worry too much. Keep your head clean, wash your hair frequently, use less hair conditioner, eat a light diet, eat less spicy and greasy food, and drink more boiled water. Boiled water can excrete toxins from the body through urine, which is very good for your health. Combing your hair frequently is also good for your scalp.

Those are hair follicles, and it's normal. If the hair is still on the scalp and there are small white particles at the roots, it may be that the pores are clogged due to oily hair. Just wash your hair frequently and keep your scalp clean and fresh. Another possibility is that there are nits on the hair. These are the larvae of lice, which are also small white particles that stick to the hair and are difficult to remove. In this case, you need to go to the hospital to apply some medicine and pay attention to hygiene.

External hair care is very important:

1. Wash your hair in time to keep it clean.

2. Use hair styling and hair care products regularly.

3. Use hair treatment products to repair hair damaged by perming, dyeing, and bleaching.

Wash your hair properly

Step 1: Combing - Combing your hair before shampooing can promote blood circulation in the head skin and reduce hair breakage during shampooing. It is a good way to maintain hair. Use a large-tooth comb to comb from the ends of the hair upwards, section by section, repeatedly several times to comb the hair smooth.

Step 2: Shampoo - Wet your hair with warm water at about 40 degrees, pour an appropriate amount of shampoo into the palm of your hand, rub out foam, and gently massage on your hair.

Step 3: Rinse - Rinse your hair thoroughly twice with clean water, leaving as little sticky residue as possible.

Step 4: Dry hair - use a large dry towel to absorb all the water on your hair. Do not rub it hard to avoid damaging the fragile wet hair. Then comb it gently with a large-tooth comb. It is best to let the wet hair dry naturally. If you need to use a hair dryer, be sure to choose a medium-speed wind and blow it until it is 80% dry.

How to take care of your hair in summer:

1. Follow the will of your hair and don't torture it too often. Every operation of a curling iron or straightener will reduce the moisture of your hair. It’s better to get a hairstyle and let your hair grow healthily.

2. Protect your hair from the sun

The sun is the enemy of hair shine. It strips away moisture, making hair dry and brittle. Therefore, it is necessary to choose hair care products containing anti-ultraviolet rays. Another simpler and more effective method is to simply wear a wide-brimmed hat in the sun, which can not only protect your hair but also add a different style.

3. No Salt and Chlorine

Hair acts like a sponge and absorbs any liquid it comes into contact with. Therefore, whether you are swimming in the ocean or in a swimming pool, you need to soak your hair with fresh water in advance to prevent your hair from being eroded by salt or chlorine. After swimming, you should immediately wash your hair with fresh water.

4. When in doubt, keep your hair clean and tidy

This is the simplest way to style your hair. Dry your hair well and use a styling gel on the middle and ends of your hair (this will prevent unsightly comb marks from the gel).
