Some people may say, "When the calories the human body consumes exceed the calories the body consumes, the excess calories are converted into fat in the body and accumulated in large quantities, which causes obesity." This seems to be a standard scientific answer. Some people also think, "If you eat a lot and don't exercise, you will definitely get fat." These are just empirical answers. In fact, there are many causes of obesity, which can be divided into internal and external causes.

Internal cause: Obesity genes are at work

Ancient humans relied on hunting for food and had unstable diets, so they often ate more food to store fat. This gene was preserved and is hereditary.

"FTO" is the so-called fat gene. The survey found that the incidence of obesity in children whose parents are both obese and whose one parent is obese is 75% and 40% respectively.

External factors: obesity-prone environment

Some habits and details in life have a significant impact on weight. Although their harm may not be apparent immediately, over time they will unconsciously cause weight to soar. Therefore, in order to lose weight quickly and effectively, you should first understand what weight loss methods are available and then change them drastically.

When you are hungry, you often eat anything. If snacks are placed on your computer desk or coffee table and are within reach, you will unknowingly consume more calories. The light is too bright when eating

Eating under bright lights can increase stress and stimulate appetite, causing people to eat faster and eat more. Of course, dim lighting is not conducive to eating. The total power of all lights turned on during dinner time should be less than 240 watts.

The water cup is too thick

Using a large cup when drinking water will encourage you to drink more water, but if you drink beverages with high sugar content such as soft drinks, you might as well choose a slim cup! People usually pay attention to the height of the drink poured into the cup rather than its actual volume. In fact, short and thick cups often lead to excessive intake, which is something we need to pay attention to.

You can watch TV in the restaurant

If you can work, surf the Internet or watch TV while eating, it is easy to overeat. Because multitasking will keep your brain busy and delay the transmission of the "full" message, which can easily create conditions for fat accumulation.

Improper meal time management

Do you also have a long interval between meals due to work or some other reasons? Did you know? The body's stable glucose intake can help us maintain the energy we need every day and also help us improve our metabolism. However, if the interval between meals is too long, the body will not be able to replenish glucose in time, which is not conducive to our weight loss.

Additionally, stress can also make you "swell." Stress will ignite people's passion for foods rich in sugar, because stress will increase the stress hormones in our bodies. In order to relieve stress, we urgently need sugar to "neutralize" stress hormones, and stress hormones can also increase fat reserves.
