1. Marinate chicken wings or drumsticks with fried chicken ingredients overnight. Pay attention to the key step. It is difficult to make the food taste good by seasoning it yourself, so just use fried chicken ingredients to marinate it, and the failure rate is almost zero. You can buy fried chicken ingredients at the supermarket. I have tried many kinds and the spicy flavor is the best. 2. Brush some oil on the chicken legs or wings before grilling. If you like spicy food, you can sprinkle some chili powder on it.

3.Put it in the preheated oven and bake at 200℃ for 40 minutes. After about ten minutes of baking, you can hear the sound of oil popping in the oven. Let me swallow my saliva.

Generally speaking, oils and fats at temperatures above 200°C are prone to produce carcinogens such as benzopyrene, and proteins are also prone to produce nitrosamines.
