Does slow brain reaction mean low IQ?

Many people like to use the speed of brain reaction as an indicator of a person's IQ. In fact, this is an incorrect statement. The speed of a person's brain reaction cannot represent the level of a person's IQ. Some people with high IQs do not necessarily react faster, and some people with low IQs do not necessarily react slower. This is not proportional. To use a vivid analogy, a high IQ is equivalent to high computer hardware configuration. High intelligence is equivalent to good computer software.

If the opposite is true, we might say that the person has low IQ (in fact, it is more like they just think less and lack wisdom).
