How to handle crayfish before cooking

In life, many people like to eat lobsters. Some lobsters are very large. The larger the lobster, the more expensive it is. Many people soak the lobsters before eating them, and then wash them, because only the lobsters that are washed clean will not affect the taste. Most people choose spicy methods when cooking lobsters, so how should crayfish be processed before cooking?

Lobster is delicious and easy to cook, but it is very troublesome to clean. Moreover, lobsters are easily contaminated with bacteria and dirt, so you must clean the lobsters you buy before eating them safely. Two people at home washed the lobsters together and it took a whole hour. For the sake of delicious food and to eat cleanly and hygienically, the whole family was not afraid of being tired and had to clean it up.

When it comes to cleaning lobsters, many people must not know the correct cleaning method. Most people just use a brush to brush the lobster's shell and abdomen. In fact, this is not enough. There is still some garbage in the lobster's body, so there is a very important step before brushing, which is to let the lobster spit out the dirt in its body. This will make the crayfish cleaner and more hygienic, safe to eat, and taste better. Next, I will share with you the correct way to clean lobsters.

1. First, put the lobster you bought into a clean basin.

2. Then, prepare another basin, pour in an appropriate amount of water, add a few drops of vinegar and salt, and stir evenly.

3. Pour the vinegar and salt water into the basin containing the lobsters and leave it for about a quarter of an hour to allow the lobsters to spit out the mud and other dirt in their bodies.

4. After 15 minutes, you can see that the water is no longer clean. Pour out the vinegar and salt water, add clean water, prepare the brush, and start cleaning.

5. Hold the lobster's back with your fingers and brush the lobster's lower abdomen back and forth several times. Brush the back as well until it is clean.

6. Wash the brushed crayfish twice with clean water, so it will be very clean.

After the crayfish have been cleaned in the above way, you can safely use them to make delicious food. You don't have to worry about eating them uncleanly, but you have to worry about not having enough to eat after cooking.
