How to hypnotize yourself to sleep

After suffering from insomnia, we always use various methods to hope to fall asleep quickly. Some people like to count to make themselves fall asleep as soon as possible, but this method will make our brains more complicated, unable to calm down, and unable to fall asleep quickly. We need to find a hypnosis method that suits us so that our body can enter a resting state as quickly as possible in order to face more work. So, how do you hypnotize yourself to fall asleep quickly?

1. Massage the chest and back

Use both palms to massage the back and chest from top to bottom at a speed of 2 times per second for 2 to 3 minutes. This method has the effect of strengthening the heart, strengthening the waist, and unblocking the internal organs and meridians.

2. Rub the neck and shoulders

Use your palms to rub the neck and shoulder muscles alternately at a frequency of 1 to 2 times per minute, focusing on both sides of the back of the neck, and rub for 3 to 4 minutes. This method can effectively relieve fatigue and prevent neck and shoulder diseases.

3. Palm push legs

Place your hands together and close to the upper end of your lower limbs, and push your lower limbs from top to bottom at a speed of once per second for 1 minute. Then use this method to push the other lower limb for 2 minutes. This method can relieve fatigue of the lower limbs and dredge the six meridians of the foot.

4. Rub your feet alternately

Straighten your legs, rub all parts of the left instep with the sole of your right foot, then rub all parts of the right instep with the sole of your left foot, and repeat this for 3 to 5 minutes. This method can effectively eliminate fatigue of the feet, run through the qi and blood meridians of the whole body, and help promote sleep.

5. Gently massage your face with both palms

That is, place your palms close to your face, and rub your face back and forth with even force at a speed of twice per second for 1 to 2 minutes. This method can clear the facial nerves, promote sleep and prevent wrinkles.

6. Rub your ears with your thumbs

Place your thumbs against the lower edge of the front ears, and rub your ears vigorously from front to back and from bottom to top for 1 to 2 minutes. This method can dredge the meridians, clear away heat and calm the mind, and prevent hearing deterioration. Be careful to be gentle with your movements.
