What to do if you get pregnant due to prostate cancer

In recent years, the number of patients with prostate cancer has been increasing. So what should you do if you get pregnant with prostate cancer? Experts point out that if it is not serious in the early stage, it is possible to get pregnant, but in the later stage it will cause infertility, so we remind everyone to seek treatment as soon as possible. Let's learn about the treatment of this disease below.

1. Surgical treatment: Radical prostatectomy, which includes the prostate gland and prostate capsule, pelvic lymph node dissection, and transurethral prostatectomy, which is mainly used to relieve bladder neck obstruction.
2. Endocrine and adrenal drug treatment: Endocrine therapy is currently the main treatment for prostate cancer, especially advanced prostate cancer. Estrogen drugs, anti-androgen drugs, including steroids and non-steroids, gonadotropin-releasing hormone analogs, and anti-adrenal drugs.
3. Surgical treatment to reduce the endocrine androgen testosterone: Orchiectomy is often combined with other treatment methods to achieve better therapeutic effects. Adrenalectomy and hypophysectomy have poor clinical effects and cause greater damage to patients, so they are no longer used.
4. Cryotherapy: This method is suitable for patients with large prostate tumors and poor general condition. It can promote the patient's immune ability and cause the metastatic lesions in the bones and lungs to degenerate. Because it requires special equipment, it has not been widely used yet.
5. Immunotherapy: When the patient's prostate cancer tissue is reduced to a very small amount by other treatments, the use of immunotherapy to remove the small amount of remaining cancer tissue in the body may achieve better results.
