Place them on a plate and set aside. Heat the oil in the pan again. When the oil is hot, add the chopped green onion and garlic slices and stir-fry until fragrant. Add soy sauce, vinegar and sugar, add the eggs, stir fry and remove from the pan. After removing from the pan and serving on a plate, sprinkle some chopped coriander on top for color. 4. Prepare the eggs. Although eggs are good, don’t eat too many. 1-2 eggs a day is enough. Eating too many will make it difficult to digest and absorb. Prepare white sugar and put it into the fried eggs. You can put an appropriate amount of sugar according to your favorite taste. Prepare rice vinegar, other vinegars are also fine. Pour cooking oil into the pot, not too much oil, about 10 grams will be enough. When the oil is almost done, crack the eggs into the pan and fry over medium-low heat. When the eggs have solidified, turn them over and pour in vinegar and sugar. When the sugar melts and turns red and the eggs are evenly coated with the sweet and sour sauce, the fried sweet and sour eggs are ready and can be served on a plate. |
