Secondly, you can eat porridge, apples, chestnuts, less oily bread and biscuits. I strongly recommend you to eat porridge and apples. Porridge can be paired with some pickles. 3. French beans

Uncooked green beans contain saponins that can strongly irritate the digestive tract, and the prothrombin in them has a blood coagulation effect. In addition, green beans also contain nitrites and trypsin, which can cause food poisoning.

4. Toxic wild vegetables

In spring, as the temperature rises, many plants slowly grow. People like to go out to dig wild vegetables to eat. This toxin cannot be destroyed even by boiling, steaming or baking. Whether eating sweet potatoes with black spot disease raw or cooked, it may cause poisoning.

7. Sprouted potatoes

The sprout eyes, sprout roots and green parts of sprouted potatoes contain high levels of solanine, which can cause itchy throat, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain and other symptoms.

Severe cases may result in death. Potatoes should be stored at low temperatures and out of direct sunlight. Sprouting or green potatoes should not be used to make dishes.

8. Last year’s pickled cabbage and pickles
