Can a ruptured heart vessel be cured?

There are many arteries around the heart, and the main function of these arteries is to transport blood to other parts of the body. However, there is still the possibility of heart vessel rupture, which mainly refers to the rupture of blood vessels between the aortic dissection. This phenomenon is a very serious condition in surgical vascular rupture, but is there any possibility of recovery after a heart vessel ruptures?

Is aortic dissection serious? This is a critical disease in vascular surgery and requires timely rescue once it occurs. Aortic dissection refers to a tiny tear in the intima of the human aorta. As a result, the blood flowing through the aorta directly enters the middle layer of the aorta through this tear, forming two cavities in the aortic wall. Under the influence of external factors or diseases (such as increased degree of vascular sclerosis), the aortic dissection of the heart may rupture, and the human body may die from acute pericardial tamponade, or even atrial fibrillation and respiratory failure. Therefore, aortic dissection requires active rescue, otherwise it may cause very serious consequences. What are the clinical manifestations of this disease?

1. Chest and back pain. Patients often experience sudden chest and back pain, which often feels like a knife-like pain or tearing pain, and the painful area mostly appears in the chest, back or shoulder blade area.

2. Increased blood pressure. When aortic dissection ruptures, the patient will experience facial flushing, profuse sweating, rapid heartbeat, and blood pressure can soar to over 180/90 mmHg.

3. Abnormal auscultation. Auscultation of the patient's heart may reveal typical pericardial friction sounds and obvious murmurs in the mitral or tricuspid valve area (indicating severe blood reflux in the heart).

Based on the above introduction, is aortic dissection serious? We have already introduced you to the clinical manifestations of this disease. This is a very serious vascular surgical disease. If the best golden rescue time is missed, the patient may die. This disease may cause patients to experience cardiac tamponade, atrial fibrillation, respiratory failure, etc. Its main clinical manifestations are chest and back pain, increased blood pressure and abnormal auscultation.
