3. Obesity

Studies have shown that when a person's weight exceeds normal weight by 20%, the fat cells in the body will convert androgens into estrogens, and the estrogen level in the body is high, which indirectly increases the chance of breast cancer.

In addition, the occurrence of breast cancer may also be related to personal constitution, genetic mutation, emotional anxiety, mental trauma, smoking, high temperature environment and exhaust gas. To prevent the occurrence of breast cancer, we must avoid these possible causes.
