Men should also check their breasts regularly

The direct cause of breast cancer is the appearance of malignant tumor tissue in the breast. It is not limited to women, but men can also suffer from breast cancer.

The causes of male breast cancer are mainly related to personal constitution, genetic mutation, emotional anxiety, mental trauma, smoking, alcoholism, high temperature environment and exhaust gas, especially long-term alcoholics, liver dysfunction leading to the inactivation of estrogen by liver secretion, and indiscriminate use of nutritional health products, all of which may lead to a decrease in androgen and an increase in estrogen.

Male breast cancer often presents as a unilateral lump that is hard but painless. Male breast development, which often occurs during adolescence and in patients with liver disease, is usually bilateral, disc-shaped, tender, and more feminine in appearance.

Since men's breasts are different from women's, any small changes are easy to detect. Therefore, some abnormalities can be discovered through self-examination. It is recommended that men self-examine their breasts once every three months. If there is lumps and swelling; sunken and wrinkled skin; inverted nipples; redness of the nipples or breast skin, abnormal nipple size; nipple discharge, etc., you should go to the hospital for diagnosis as soon as possible to see if there is a possibility of cancer. The sooner you see a doctor, the better.

Breast cancer is no longer a "women's disease". If male friends have abnormalities in their chests, they must not avoid going to the hospital for the sake of face. Once the disease is delayed, it will bring unimaginable serious consequences to themselves.
