Frequent bathing can easily lead to precancerous lesions of the skin

Many people love cleanliness, especially in the summer, and take a bath three or four times a day. Over time, you will find that your skin is getting worse and worse, and sometimes it will bleed if you touch it hard. This situation is likely to be a precancerous lesion of skin cancer. Because frequent bathing will wash away the sebum on the surface of the human body, which is already very small. The less sebum, the drier the skin, which can easily lead to dermatitis. Scrubbing vigorously during bathing will damage the epidermis, making it easy for bacteria and fungi to take advantage of the situation and cause skin infection. In addition, frequent skin damage will reduce the body's immunity. The inflammation accumulated over a long period of time may "upgrade" to skin cancer.

Warm tips--bathing has its own rules:

1. Bath water temperature: Warm water bath is suitable for bathing, while hot water bath can help clean the skin. Warm water bath is about 35℃, and it feels slightly hot when you try it with your hand. The suitable temperature for hot water bath is about 40℃, which is slightly hot.

2. Bathing order: Wash your face first to prevent the pores on your face from expanding and allowing dirt accumulated over the day to enter the pores. Then wash your body and finally your hair.

Reminder: It is not advisable to take a bath in the following situations:

1. It is not advisable to take a shower after work: it can easily cause insufficient blood supply to the heart and brain, and even cause fainting.

2. It is not advisable to take a bath when you have a fever or low blood pressure: it will cause your blood vessels to dilate, and people with low blood pressure are prone to collapse.

3. Don’t take a shower after drinking: blood sugar cannot be replenished in time, which can easily cause dizziness, blurred vision, and general weakness. In severe cases, hypoglycemia or even coma may occur.

4. It is not advisable to take a shower immediately after a meal: the human body's epidermal blood vessels expand due to the stimulation of hot water, more blood flows to the surface of the body, and the blood supply to the abdominal cavity is relatively reduced, affecting digestion and absorption.

5. It is not advisable to take a bath when you are hungry: it can easily cause hypoglycemia, collapse, fainting, etc.
