Gallbladder cancer cured by TCM

Ms. Lin, 56 years old, had pain in the right upper abdomen that was sometimes mild and sometimes severe. It lasted for more than 13 years and worsened in the past half month. She went to the hospital for examination and was diagnosed with gallbladder cancer.

Symptoms: dark complexion, emaciation, yellow skin and sclera, alternating chills and fever, persistent low-grade fever (body temperature 37.3℃), bitter mouth and dry throat, persistent colic in the right upper abdomen, which worsens in paroxysmal intensity and radiates to the right shoulder, back, chest and ribs, and worsens at night, which lasts forever, making it difficult to fall asleep, and causing unbearable itching all over the body. Physical signs: Abdominal examination may feel a lump in the gallbladder area in the right upper abdomen. The lump is hard, fixed, and has a nodular feel. The abdominal muscles are tense. There is tenderness and rebound pain in the gallbladder area.

Analysis: There are two reasons for the occurrence of gallbladder cancer: external factors are mostly caused by external pathogens, improper diet, etc., and internal factors are mostly related to emotional injuries. Modern medicine believes that drinking water is closely related to malignant tumors, especially digestive system tumors. Patients drink shallow water sources such as rivers and ponds for a long time. The water contains nitrosamines, benzopyrene, aflatoxin B1, G1, nitrites and other carcinogens. External pathogens invade the gallbladder, and the depressed mood causes the liver and gallbladder to fail to vent. The gallbladder qi is stagnant and the bile cannot be discharged, so that the damp heat cannot be eliminated, and the toxicity is accumulated, which leads to gallbladder cancer over time.

Syndrome differentiation: Damp-heat in the gallbladder, Qi obstruction and blood stasis.

Treatment principle: clear away heat, detoxify, promote qi and activate blood circulation.

Prescription: 30g of Hemiphragma scabra, 30g of Centella asiatica, 30g of Polygonum cuspidatum, 8g of Raw Rhubarb (added later), 12g of Patchouli, 12g of Curcuma aromatica, 30g of Ginseng, 3g of Ixora chinensis, 12g of Bupleurum, 12g of Scutellaria baicalensis, 12g of Ginger Summer, 12g of Poria cocos

After taking 20 doses of the above prescription, the greasy tongue coating has cleared, the yellowing of the skin and sclera has eased, the low-grade fever has subsided, the pain has been greatly reduced, the bowel movements are smooth, and the damp-heat has gradually cleared. Continue to take additional doses of the original prescription.

Prescription: 15g of Centella asiatica, 30g of Polygonum cuspidatum, 30g of Ginseng, 3g of Curcuma, 12g of Bupleurum, 12g of Eupolyphaga sinensis, 12g of Angelica sinensis, 30g of Hedyotis diffusa, 30g of Hedyotis diffusa.

After taking the above prescription for 30 times, the jaundice subsided, the pain was gone, the body strength increased, the appetite was good, and the tongue was red with thin fur. After taking it for two months, there were no discomfort symptoms in the whole body. The gallbladder area was palpated without any mass, tenderness or rebound pain. B-ultrasound showed no abnormality in the liver, gallbladder, pancreas, spleen, and retroperitoneum.
