How to prevent pancreatic cancer

People who like to eat high-fat, high-calorie foods have a much higher risk of colorectal cancer and pancreatic cancer. Families that often eat smoked, grilled, fried, and pickled foods have an increased risk of gastric cancer, colorectal cancer, and pancreatic cancer. Increased consumption of cooking oil and high-salt foods not only causes high blood pressure and cardiovascular disease, but also creates hidden dangers of colorectal cancer and pancreatic cancer. Dietary principles for preventing pancreatic cancer:

Adjusting the dietary structure can help prevent pancreatic cancer. We should start with adjusting the dietary structure to prevent cancer. For example, not eating burnt or scorched food, and eating less high-fat, high-oil, and high-salt food can reduce the incidence of liver cancer, stomach cancer, colorectal cancer, pancreatic cancer, etc. by more than 2/3.

In daily diet, you should also pay attention to keeping cereals, beans, sweet potatoes and other coarse grains as the main part of your diet. Fresh vegetables and fruits are essential every day, and fiber, carotene, vitamin E and necessary minerals should be added to your diet. Participate in appropriate physical activities, avoid being overweight and obese, and be sure to control the intake of animal foods such as meat and fats.

Control salt intake. Live a regular life, greatly reduce social activities, and resolutely put an end to overeating. Eat a light diet and don't eat too much. Some people are busy with work and are more casual about their three meals a day. They overeat during holidays. The consequences are that mild cases cause indigestion and abdominal distension, and severe cases cause acute pancreatitis, which is even life-threatening and also lays the seeds for pancreatic cancer.
