Add 400ml of polished japonica rice and cook it into porridge. Then wash and chop fresh sugarcane, squeeze out about 150ml of juice, add it to the porridge and serve. Take twice a day, morning and evening. 6. Garlic and sugar juice: 15g garlic, 30g sugar. Peel the garlic, mash it, add sugar and about 500ml of boiling water, soak for 5 hours and then take it. Take 1 dose daily, divided into 3 times, for 4 to 5 days. 7. Pine nut porridge: 20g pine nuts, 50g glutinous rice, and appropriate amount of honey. Mash the pine nuts into a paste, add 500ml of water together with the glutinous rice, and cook it over low heat until it becomes a thick porridge. Then add honey and take it warm twice a day, morning and evening. Ma Xing Shi Gan Tang: ephedra, apricot kernel, gypsum, and licorice. It has a pungent and cool property, clears the lungs and relieves asthma. It is used for exogenous wind-heat, or wind-cold that turns into heat, with heat congested in the lungs, and symptoms include cough, shortness of breath, thirst, persistent high fever, red tongue with white or yellow coating, and slippery and rapid pulse. It is now often used in combination with Houttuynia cordata, Scutellaria baicalensis, Fritillaria thunbergii, etc. to make a Chinese patent medicine "Children's Lung Heat Cough and Asthma Oral Liquid" to treat children's colds, lung heat, acute and chronic bronchitis, pneumonia, and relieve symptoms such as fever, coughing up yellow sputum, and sore throat. |
