How much does cervical cancer surgery cost

How much does cervical cancer surgery cost? There are many factors that affect the cost of treatment for patients, so the cost of treatment for each patient will definitely be different. It is impossible to give a definite number for how much effective treatment will cost for each liver cancer patient before the patient's condition is determined. Specific analysis should be conducted on specific issues. However, the charges of regular hospitals are generally reasonable. At the same time, as long as the patient is discovered and treated early, the treatment difficulty is the least, the cost is the lowest, and the effect is relatively good.

Different surgical methods at different stages affect the cost of cervical cancer treatment. Level I: Extrafascial total hysterectomy. Cut the pubocervical ligament, push the ureter outward, and remove the entire uterus. It is suitable for CIN (cervical intraepithelial neoplasia) and early stromal invasive cancer, that is, stage Ia1 cervical cancer.
Level II: Excision of the main ligament, the inner half of the uterine fundus ligament and the upper 1/3 of the vaginal wall. Applicable to micro-invasive cervical cancer, i.e. stage Ia2 cervical cancer.
Grade III: Resection of all cardinal ligaments, uterine fundus ligaments and the upper 1/3 of the vaginal wall. Applicable to cervical cancer stage Ib and IIa.
Grade IV: Resection of paraureteral tissue, superior vesical artery and upper 3/4 of vaginal wall. Applicable to central recurrent cancer where the bladder can be preserved.
Grade V: Partial removal of the bladder and distal ureter. Suitable for patients with recurrent cancer that has invaded the bladder and distal ureter.
How much does the surgery for cervical cancer usually cost? In addition to the factors mentioned above, it is also related to the size of the tumor, the patient's physical condition, hospitalization costs and other factors, so it cannot be generalized. Choosing a regular hospital for diagnosis and treatment will generally not waste money.
