Its edges become extremely irregular, but the surface is flat, and the color is mostly brown to varying degrees, which can also be similar to the spreading type. This type of malignant melanoma often occurs on the basis of facial freckles in the elderly, but it is less common in my country.

Lymphatic metastasis is a more serious consequence of melanoma. The tumor is located deep in the dermis and subcutaneous tissue, is in the shape of a small nodule, has clear boundaries, but has no capsule, is grayish white or grayish blue, and is hard. This type of malignant melanoma is often accompanied by local lymph node metastasis. For patients with invasive melanoma, the skin around the tumor has eczema-like changes, with irregular eczema-like edges, uneven surfaces, and a variety of gray-black, gray-white, light red, and other colors.
