Effective dietary treatment for teratoma

Pay more attention to diet after ovarian teratoma surgery. Patients with ovarian teratoma should have a light diet and eat more lean meat, chicken, eggs, quail eggs, crucian carp, turtle, white fish, cabbage, asparagus, celery, spinach, cucumber, winter melon, mushrooms, tofu, kelp, seaweed, vegetables and fruits, etc. Pay attention to eating less raw, cold and hard food to avoid irritating the intestines and causing indigestion.

Under the guidance of a doctor, you can take some soups and medicinal foods according to your own preferences. Do not eat raw, cold, or spicy foods. Do not eat mutton, shrimp, crab, eel, salted fish, black fish, and other hair-raising foods. Do not eat or eat less high-dose lactose and excessive animal fat. Do not be partial to food, and eat more foods rich in fiber, trace elements, and fiber, such as mushrooms, soybeans, fresh vegetables, mushrooms, turtles, kelp, seaweed, oysters, etc.

Avoid spicy food and drinks such as chili pepper, Sichuan pepper, raw onion, raw garlic, and white wine. What needs to be noted is that longan, red dates, donkey-hide gelatin, royal jelly and other foods with heat, coagulant and hormone components are forbidden. Surgical resection is mainly a local treatment method with strong limitations. After ovarian teratoma surgery, it is still necessary to take the natural anti-cancer active ingredient ginsenoside Rh2 (life-protecting element), which can enhance immunity and resistance, accelerate wound healing, anti-inflammatory analgesia, prevent and treat infection, inhibit the growth and proliferation of cancer cells, reduce treatment side effects, and prevent complications. Six hours after surgery, patients can eat a small amount of liquid food, such as rice soup, noodle soup, etc.

Do not give patients sweetened milk, soy milk powder and other sugary drinks to prevent abdominal distension. Teratoma surgery will cause some gastrointestinal disorders due to the stimulation and anesthesia of the intestinal tract during the operation. Generally, fasting is required before gas is discharged. After gas is discharged, porridge, noodles, rice porridge, millet porridge and other semi-liquid foods are sufficient. Normal diet can be resumed after one week.
