4. Stir-fry for a while, add appropriate amount of soy sauce, add enough water, and then put in the blanched frog.

Method 2

Rana forestana, wolfberry, red dates, coriander, salt, MSG, sugar, soy sauce, onion, ginger, aniseed, cooking wine, and white pepper powder.

1. Boil the forest frog in hot water and take it out.

2. Use another spoon to add some oil, stir-fry the scallion, ginger and star anise, put in the forest frog, add cooking wine, add the old soup, wolfberry, jujube, salt, MSG, a little sugar, bring to a boil, and simmer over low heat.

3. Add pepper and coriander when serving.

Method 3

400 grams of forest frog, 12 pickled peppers, 1 tablespoon of pickled pepper water, 3 red peppers, 3 green peppers, 3 garlic shoots, 3 slices of ginger, 3 cloves of garlic, 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 1.5 tablespoons of cooking wine, 1 teaspoon of pepper, 1.5 teaspoons of salt, 1 teaspoon of sugar, and 1 tablespoon of starch.

1. Wash and chop the forest frog into pieces (the merchant has already slaughtered, skinned and removed the internal organs).

2. Add 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, 1/2 tablespoon of cooking wine, 1 teaspoon of pepper, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of sugar and marinate for 10 minutes. Then drain the water and coat with dry starch and mix well.
