Reason 4: Lower abdominal pain: If the tumor has no complications, the patient rarely experiences pain symptoms. If there is pain, it is definitely caused by the torsion of the tumor pedicle, or occasionally by tumor rupture, bleeding or infection.

Reason 5: Unexplained discomfort in the lower abdomen: Due to the weight of the tumor itself and the influence of intestinal peristalsis and changes in body position, the tumor moves in the pelvic cavity, involving its pedicle and pelvic infundibulum ligament, causing the patient to have a feeling of fullness and falling in the lower abdomen or iliac fossa.

Reason 6: Ectopic tumors of embryonic tissue in the spinal canal are developed from the germ layer cells that remain during embryonic development. According to different tissue structures, they can be divided into epidermoid cysts, dermoid cysts, teratoid cysts and teratomas. The first two are formed by ectoderm tissue. Teratomas contain 3 germ layer structures, while teratoid cysts contain 2 germ layer structures.
