How to open your throat by drinking

Beer is the most consumed alcoholic beverage in the world. Various beer drinking competitions are held around the world every year, among which drinking beer from the bottle is the most exciting part. Many viewers thought that the contestants were very powerful and could drink very quickly. Drinking beer by blowing into the bottle can show a person's boldness in drinking. When friends get together, many people will choose to drink wine by blowing into the bottle, but many people do not know how to drink by blowing into the bottle. So, how should you open your throat and blow through a bottle when drinking?

1. Shake the bottle as much as possible before drinking. This way, a large amount of foam will flow out directly after opening the bottle, so you can drink less.

2. When drinking, do not put the entire bottle mouth into your mouth. Use your lips to occupy half of the bottle mouth to allow air to flow freely into the bottle body and enter your mouth smoothly. If the flow rate is too fast, it is easy to regurgitate and be unable to drink.

3. Keep the bottle at about 90 degrees when drinking (you can observe your friends who are drinking and chatting with you. If the other one drinks too much and is obviously not as good as you, you can just put the bottle down and pretend to be drunk. As the saying goes, a wise man never suffers a loss in front of him). Don't drink with the bottle mouth facing down and your head tilted back, as this will easily make you feel drunk.

4. Try to burp the gas after drinking, and basically there will be no problem.

5. Blowing bottles while drinking beer also requires a certain amount of alcohol. Drinking and eating competitions are not wise. It is better to avoid competitions.

Tips for drinking beer without getting drunk:

1. Drink slowly and control the rhythm. Don't drink too much at once and avoid drinking it all in one gulp.

2. Eating some food such as bread while drinking can help you break down the alcohol in your body.

3. After drinking a glass of wine, drink a little boiled water. Repeat this process. The principle is the same as above and it is effective. Note: The downside is that you will go to the WC at least three times in ten minutes.

4. Don’t mix different types of alcohol as it’s easy to get drunk.

5. Fight for the right to pour wine at the table. When pouring wine for yourself, do it quickly and forcefully so that there will be more bubbles and you won’t get drunk easily.
