How to prevent fibroids correctly

Symptoms of fibroids are mainly yellow-brown or light red papules or nodules in the skin, which are the clinical features of the disease. The lesions grow slowly, exist for a long time, and rarely disappear on their own. Generally, no treatment is required, and the lesions can disappear within a few years. If necessary, surgical excision can also be performed, and corticosteroid injection can be used for treatment. So, how to prevent fibroids correctly?

1. Dietary factors: Eating raw, cold, fatty and sweet foods will damage the spleen and stomach. If the spleen is not healthy, dampness and phlegm will form. Phlegm and dampness are sticky and can easily block the qi mechanism. Phlegm and qi are intertwined and meridians are blocked, which leads to fibroids. Therefore, this is an important factor in the cause of fibroids.

2. Physical fatigue and internal injuries: Patients with fibroids suffer from excessive sexual intercourse and physical labor, which deplete their vital energy. Kidneys are the organ that stores essence and rely on the spleen and stomach for nourishment. Over time, the spleen and stomach are damaged, and the kidneys become weaker and cannot nourish the Chong and Ren meridians. Disorders of the Chong and Ren meridians lead to fibroids.

3. Emotional factors: This is also one of the causes of fibroids. Patients with fibroids suffer from emotional depression, which damages the liver for a long time, causing qi stagnation and accumulation in the meridians, leading to meridian blockage. In mild cases, the blockage causes pain, and in severe cases, liver depression causes loss of qi and blood circulation, and qi stagnation, phlegm stasis, and blood stasis gather into lumps and form fibroids. Emotional instability is also an important cause of fibroids.

4. It is currently believed that the loss of normal immune surveillance function, the tumorigenic effect of immunosuppressants, the activation of latent viruses and the long-term use of certain physical (such as radiation) and chemical (such as anti-epileptic drugs, adrenocortical hormone) substances may all lead to the proliferation of lymphoreticular tissue and eventually the appearance of fibroids. Therefore, pay attention to personal and environmental hygiene, avoid drug abuse, and pay attention to personal protection when working in harmful environments.

5. The diet should be light and nutritious. Eat more vegetables (such as cabbage and cauliflower), radish, sour plum, soybean, beef, mushroom, asparagus, coix seed, etc. Foods contain anti-cancer substances, fruits, milk, turtles, etc. are rich in various amino acids, vitamins, proteins and easily digestible nourishing foods.

6. Eat less greasy food; eat less dog meat, mutton and other warm tonic foods; eat less seafood without shells, bamboo shoots, taro and other "irritants" that are easy to cause allergies; eat less drinks and snacks containing chemicals, preservatives and additives. Avoid eating too sour, spicy, salty, tobacco, alcohol and other irritants.
