2. It can be classified according to the pathogenesis and biological characteristics . The cause of female endometrial cancer is unclear. Generally, endometrial cancer is divided into estrogen-dependent type, that is, type I, and non-estrogen-dependent type, that is, type II, according to the pathogenesis and biological behavior. Most estrogen-dependent cancers are endometrioid cancers, and a small part are mucinous adenocarcinomas.
