How to deal with lung cancer metastasis? There are four treatments

Not only is the treatment of lung cancer very troublesome, but if cancer cells still metastasize after the onset of lung cancer, it is even more despairing. At present, there are many treatment methods that can be considered in clinical practice for the phenomenon of lung cancer metastasis, such as drug therapy, surgical therapy, radiotherapy, and chemotherapy. Usually, the corresponding treatment plan needs to be selected according to the location of the metastasis.

Nowadays, lung cancer is a malignant tumor with a high incidence and mortality rate, so many people have heard of this disease, and the onset of this disease seriously endangers personal health. Especially when lung cancer metastasizes in a person's body, he or she may even lose his or her life. So how to deal with the metastasis of lung cancer?
1. Drug therapy
When patients find that their bodies have obvious lung cancer metastasis, they can consider using drugs to alleviate the condition. Currently, the drugs commonly used in clinical practice are new targeted anti-lung cancer metastasis drugs. However, this type of drug can only alleviate symptoms, improve the patient's quality of life, and prolong the patient's life span, but cannot completely cure the disease. At the same time, some drugs may cause adverse reactions to the human body.
2. Surgical treatment
If the lung cancer cells in an individual's body have metastasized to the adrenal glands and other parts, then surgical resection is the preferred treatment method. However, before undergoing surgical treatment, the patient needs to undergo relevant examinations. This treatment can only be performed if the primary cancer in the individual's body has been controlled and the metastasis site is single, and the patient's physical condition is relatively good and can tolerate surgery.
3. Chemotherapy
When lung cancer cells in the human body metastasize, chemotherapy is the preferred treatment method. Its main purpose is to help people treat primary cancer, which can relieve the discomfort of the human body and prolong the survival time. However, long-term chemotherapy is also harmful to the human body, and some people may suffer from symptoms such as loss of appetite.
4. Radiotherapy
If lung cancer cells begin to metastasize to the brain, brain radiotherapy can be considered, which is currently one of the most effective treatments for lung cancer brain metastasis. The most advanced radiotherapy equipment available today is the CyberKnife, which has relatively few adverse reactions to the human body, and does not require the implantation of a stent in the head during treatment.
