Uterine cancer is common in women of childbearing age. It is caused by long-term inflammatory stimulation. After the occurrence of uterine cancer, there will be cervical erosion, contact bleeding, irregular vaginal bleeding, lower abdominal pain, and a gradual increase in vaginal secretions. The current treatment methods are mainly through drug therapy or surgical treatment. Repeated artificial abortions can damage the cervix and easily give bacteria an opportunity to invade, increasing the risk of metritis. Since inflammation is irritating, it can lead to increased local secretions. If the uterus is infiltrated with inflammatory substances for a long time, it is easy to erode. If the erosion is not improved, it is easy to increase the risk of uterine cancer. So what are the symptoms of uterine cancer? 1. Accompanied by cervical erosion Generally, uterine cancer patients have symptoms of cervical erosion. Severe cervical erosion is the main cause of cancer. Young women who have not received treatment for cervical erosion or who still have cervical erosion after menopause may develop uterine cancer. 2. Contact bleeding The most typical symptom of cervical cancer is contact bleeding. About 70% to 80% of cervical cancer patients will experience vaginal bleeding, straining during bowel movements, or blood in vaginal secretions during gynecological examinations. If elderly women experience such symptoms, do not think that it may be caused by improper force, as it may be cervical cancer. 3. Irregular vaginal bleeding If elderly women suddenly have bleeding symptoms after menopause for many years, the amount of bleeding is not much, there is no abdominal pain, waist pain and other symptoms, it may be ignored. These irregular bleeding may be caused by cervical cancer. If you go to the doctor after irregular bleeding, if you can get treatment early, you can reduce the sequelae. 4. Pain in the lower abdomen Uterine cancer can cause pain in the lower abdomen, and sometimes the pain spreads to the thighs, hip joints, and upper abdomen. The pain will gradually worsen during sexual intercourse, menstruation, and bowel movements. In particular, the inflammation will gradually spread and eventually form connective tissue inflammation, making the pain more severe. Once the cervix is touched, pain in the lower abdomen will also occur, and some patients will experience symptoms such as nausea and vomiting. 5. Increased vaginal discharge Clinically, about 75% of patients will have increased vaginal discharge after developing cervical cancer. Most of them will have increased leucorrhea, and later on, the color will change and emit an abnormal odor. Under normal circumstances, the characteristics of leucorrhea may be related to ovarian failure. With the increase of age, the probability of abnormal leucorrhea will be higher. |
