Cervical cancer used to be the first malignant tumor that endangers women's health. However, due to the relatively long precancerous lesion stage of cervical cancer, the popularization of physical examinations and the development of cervical cytology in recent years, cervical cancer has retreated to the second line. But once you are sick, it is not as hard on women as testicular cancer is on men. This is a sincere sharing from a mother, a former cervical cancer patient and now an expectant mother. Let me wish her and her children health and happiness every day. Let's look at the mother's own words Let me introduce my basic situation first: I am a tiger mom born in 1980, now I am 35 years old. I am married but childless, and I am currently 25+ weeks pregnant. I used to be a primary school Chinese teacher and was rated as a provincial backbone teacher. In 2008, I started to engage in psychological counseling full-time, mainly for children and adolescents. I was in my hometown before 2003, and after 2003 I went south to Guangzhou to teach. If my life is so plain, I am also very happy. The turning point was August 2013. I initially accompanied my mother to the Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital for a physical examination. By the way, I also had a cervical cytology test (the specific professional name may not be accurate, but my impression is that the doctor used a cotton swab to wipe a little leucorrhea and other secretions on the cervix). A few days later, the test results indicated that I needed to continue with a "biopsy" to confirm, so I went to the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University for a biopsy. The biopsy result was cervical carcinoma in situ (sisters, carcinoma in situ is not a real cancer, but a precancerous cell lesion). The first cervical conization was performed in November 2013. About 5 months after the operation, I went to Zhongshan for a follow-up visit. The result of the follow-up visit was like a bolt from the blue. The diseased tissue was still there, and I needed to be hospitalized for the second time. The possibility of hysterectomy was not ruled out. I couldn't believe this result. I was only in my thirties. I didn't have children yet. What would a hysterectomy mean to me? The prevention of cervical cancer is far more important than treatment. In addition to developing good habits in daily life, regular gynecological examinations are also an important means of preventing cervical cancer. What to pay attention to in preventing cervical cancer: 1. Advocate late marriage, fewer births, and better births. Delaying the age of sexual life and reducing the number of births can reduce the incidence of cervical cancer. 2. Actively treat cervicitis. Those with long-term increased leucorrhea or abnormal vaginal bleeding should go to the hospital for examination immediately and take effective treatment measures. 3. Pay attention to sexual hygiene and menstrual hygiene. Properly control sexual life, avoid sexual intercourse during menstruation and postpartum period, pay attention to the cleanliness of both parties' reproductive organs, wear condoms during sexual intercourse, and reduce and eliminate multiple sexual partners. 4. What should be paid attention to in preventing cervical cancer? Regular gynecological examinations and cervical smears. It is recommended that married women have a gynecological examination and cervical cancer prevention examination once a year. When abnormalities of the cervix are found, further examination and treatment should be carried out in time. Cervical smear cytology is the simplest and most effective screening method, and colposcopy biopsy is the best diagnostic method. Food remedies for treating cervical cancer 1.
