What are the methods for treating cervical precancerous lesions? Can cervical precancerous lesions be cured?

The occurrence and development of cervical cancer has a gradual evolution process, which can take from a few years to decades. It is generally believed that this evolution process has gone through several stages such as hyperplasia, atypical hyperplasia, carcinoma in situ, early invasion and invasive cancer. Cervical precancerous lesions refer to lesions in this area before cancer occurs. Therefore, the treatment of cervical precancerous lesions is of great significance.

How to dialectically treat cervical precancerous lesions?

1. Liver depression and qi stagnation type

Main evidence: depression, chest pain, flank pain, irritability, body pain, dry mouth, no desire to drink, increased vaginal discharge, cervical erosion, cauliflower-like changes. Normal or slightly red tongue, thin white tongue coating; stringy or astringent pulse.

Treatment principle: Soothe the liver and regulate qi, relieve depression.

Recipe and usage:

(1) Fish scale glue

Take an appropriate amount of crucian carp or carp scales and rice wine, and cook the scales into fish scale glue over a slow fire. Take 30 grams each time, and rinse with warm rice wine and water. Take 15-20 doses a day.

(2) Barley and Water Chestnut Porridge

Add 30g of coix seed and 60g of water chestnut into water and cook into porridge for oral administration. Take one dose per day, and take 30 doses in a row as a course of treatment.

2. Damp-heat type

Main evidence:

Increased vaginal discharge, such as rice water or powdery dirt, foul odor, abdominal distension and pain, yellow urine, bitter and dry mouth, cervical necrosis or secondary infection. Red tongue, white or yellow greasy coating; slippery and rapid pulse.

Treatment method: clear away heat and detoxify, promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis.

Recipe and usage:

(1) Sophora flavescens powder

3-6g of Sophora flavescens powder, 6g of Phellodendron chinense, 6g of Rhizoma Scutellariae, 30g of Oyster, 3g of Licorice, and appropriate amount of sugar. Decoction of Phellodendron chinense, Rhizoma Scutellariae, Oyster, and Licorice, remove the residue, and take Sophora flavescens powder and sugar orally. One dose per day, 10-15 doses in a course of treatment.

(2) Sophora japonica decoction

Decoction 6-10g of Sophora japonica mushroom with water. Take one dose a day, regularly.

3. Liver and Kidney Yin Deficiency Type

Main evidence:

Dizziness, tinnitus, bitter taste and dry mouth, back and knee pain, hot hands and feet, constipation, short and red urine, vaginal bleeding, cervical cauliflower nodules or ulcers. Red or normal tongue, thin white fur; weak and rapid pulse, etc.

Treatment principle: Nourish the liver and kidneys, and assist in detoxification.

Recipe and usage:

(1) Sancao cane sugar

15g of Eclipta prostrata, 30g of Hedyotis diffusa, 30g of Paris polyphylla, 15g of Rehmannia root, 15g of Dioscorea opposita, and appropriate amount of sucrose. Decoction the first five herbs including Eclipta prostrata, remove the residue, and rinse with sucrose. Take one dose per day, and 20-30 doses in a row as a course of treatment.

(2) Turtle Shell Meat

30g tortoise shell, 15g Chinese yam, 9g cornus officinalis, 15g Ligustrum lucidum, 6g Sophora japonica, 60g lean pork. Boil the tortoise shell and other first five herbs in water, remove the residue, add lean pork and cook. Take one dose a day and take it regularly.

4. Middle Qi sinking type

Main evidence:

Leucorrhea, a feeling of sagging in the vagina and anus, back pain, loss of appetite, and difficulty in defecation and urination. Pale red tongue with a thin white coating; weak and thready pulse

Treatment principle: tonify the middle and replenish Qi.

Recipe and usage:

Fish Maw and Barley Porridge

Cook 30g of coix seed, 15g of water chestnut, 10 jujubes and 5g of fish bladder together into porridge. Take one dose a day and eat frequently.
