How to treat cervical cancer in its early stages? What are the early signs of cervical cancer?

1. Increased vaginal discharge:

Clinically, about 75% to 85% of cervical cancer patients have varying degrees of increased vaginal discharge. Most of them show increased leucorrhea, which is later accompanied by changes in odor and color. Increased leucorrhea is due to cancer stimulation. At first, it has a normal color and smell. Later, due to necrosis and infection of cancer tissue, purulent, rice soup or bloody leucorrhea will flow out of the vagina.

2. Contact bleeding:

This is the most prominent symptom of cervical cancer. About 70% to 80% of cervical cancer patients have vaginal bleeding. Cervical cancer bleeding is mainly seen in the exogenous population, also known as cauliflower type, which is brittle and often causes contact bleeding.

Clinical manifestations include vaginal discharge mixed with blood after sexual intercourse or gynecological examination, or difficulty in defecation. If bleeding occurs after sexual intercourse, do not always think that it is caused by improper sexual intercourse force and ignore the possibility of cervical cancer. If bleeding occurs every time after sexual intercourse, you should pay more attention and seek medical attention in time.

Irregular vaginal bleeding:

Elderly women have had irregular bleeding for many years, and suddenly have no reason to "come", the amount of bleeding is often not much, and there is no abdominal pain, back pain and other symptoms, which are easy to be ignored. In fact, this irregular vaginal bleeding is often an early sign of cervical cancer. Many elderly patients come to see a doctor to get early diagnosis and timely treatment.

Currently, the five-year survival rate after treatment of cervical cancer in the world is 55.5%, including 80.04% for stage I, 58.9% for stage II, 32.8% for stage III, and 7.1% for stage IV; about half of patients relapse within one year after treatment, 25% relapse in the second year, and 5% relapse after five years.
