A large proportion of liver cancer patients have suffered from hepatitis B. As people have a deeper understanding of the disease, many hepatitis B patients have gradually paid more attention to their own diseases, and the general public has also paid more and more attention to early screening of viral hepatitis and liver cancer. However, many people still do not understand the nature of liver cancer. Regarding whether it is contagious or hereditary, we asked Zhong Xuanfang, deputy chief physician of Huizhou First People's Hospital, to answer our questions. Will the small triple positive cause liver cancer? Patients with hepatitis B virus (HBV) may develop liver cancer. Hepatitis B virus (HBV) is a type of hepatitis B virus that is caused by the patient being infected with the HBV virus. Hepatitis B virus (HBV) mainly refers to positive hepatitis B surface antigen, e antibody, and core antibody. If patients with hepatitis B virus (HBV) continue to have high viral counts and abnormal liver function, they are more likely to develop cirrhosis and liver cancer. Therefore, patients with hepatitis B virus (HBV) should pay attention to going to the hospital regularly for checkups and observations. Is liver cancer contagious? Liver cancer is a tumorous lesion and is not contagious. However, liver cancer is caused by many factors. Most liver cancer patients have a history of hepatitis. If the patient's liver cancer is caused by viral hepatitis, then it is contagious. For example, in our country, many liver cancer patients are caused by hepatitis B, hepatitis C, etc., so please be aware that it is contagious. Is liver cancer hereditary? The occurrence of liver cancer may be related to heredity. In general, the occurrence of liver cancer is very complicated. In fact, it is not a genetic disease. The main reason why liver cancer is related to heredity is that the cause of liver cancer may be contagious, such as hepatitis B. Hepatitis B is contagious, and hepatitis B patients are also a high-risk group for liver cancer. Therefore, if there is a liver cancer patient in the family, it does not mean that the offspring will definitely develop liver cancer. The incidence of liver cancer is mainly related to heredity, drinking, eating moldy food, and viral hepatitis. Viral hepatitis is highly contagious. In daily life, you should try to avoid eating out, especially at street stalls with poor hygiene conditions. If relatives or friends have viral hepatitis, they should be screened early and vaccinated with hepatitis B vaccine. Drinking is extremely harmful to the liver, and the amount of alcohol should be strictly limited to avoid repeated liver damage. Moldy food should be discarded immediately and cannot be eaten. Even if it is processed or only the moldy part is discarded, the harm of aflatoxin cannot be avoided. |
