How to reduce the chances of leg and foot cramps: (1) Pay attention to calcium supplementation: During adolescence, calcium is relatively scarce, which is more likely to cause cramps. (2) If you are prone to cramps at night, you should do stretching exercises on the areas prone to cramps before going to bed. (3) Keep your calves warm when sleeping.
