How to prevent hepatitis from turning into liver cancer Three principles of dietary conditioning to prevent liver cancer

"Hepatitis - cirrhosis - liver cancer" is often referred to as the liver cancer trilogy. Clinically, many hepatitis patients will eventually develop liver cancer. This shows that hepatitis is a major cause of liver cancer. So how can hepatitis patients prevent liver cancer? Dietary conditioning is the key.

1. Eat more foods rich in rice bran fiber

Rice bran is not only rich in B vitamins, which can protect the liver, but also has a good effect in absorbing carcinogenic harmful substances. Since the human body lacks enzymes to digest rice bran fiber, the absorbed harmful substances are completely excreted from the body in the form of feces by rice bran fiber.

For people with liver disease or long-term carriers of hepatitis B surface antigen, regularly using rice bran to adjust their diet to absorb and excrete harmful substances in the digestive tract is a good way to prevent liver cancer.

2. Don’t eat moldy food

Moldy foods such as stored peanuts, corn, rice, millet, dried sweet potatoes, and dried radishes are easily contaminated by Aspergillus fumigatus, which is a recognized carcinogen that is 75 times more carcinogenic than nitrosamines and 4,000 times more carcinogenic than chloramine.

Therefore, once the above foods are found to be moldy, they should be discarded and never be eaten by others. If you suspect that a large number of grains, oils and dairy products are contaminated with mold, you should immediately ask the health and epidemic prevention department to check. Only after obtaining permission can they be distributed, sold or eaten.

3. Avoid eating rancid-smelling fats

Stale oils contain malondialdehyde, a chemical component that can generate polymers and react with proteins and deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) in the human body, promoting protein structure mutations, cell loss of normal function and transformation into early cancer cells. In addition, malondialdehyde polymers can also hinder DNA replication and accelerate the aging process of humans. Therefore, animal and vegetable oils should not be stored for too long, and those that have gone bad should not be eaten.

In addition to the above-mentioned dietary adjustments, hepatitis patients should exercise more often, such as walking, jogging, swimming and other aerobic exercises. The time does not have to be too long, but it is necessary to exercise, so as to enhance the body's resistance and prevent cancer.
